Crystal Deshong

Completing 4 years of athletic training through high school, Crystal learned that helping improve mobility and wellness of others was the right path for her. She attended the Pennsylvania Myotherapy Institute in 2004 for massage therapy training and has been a practicing therapist ever since. She feels that the human body is such a fascinating piece of art and by helping others look and feel better, is extremely rewarding.

She was self-employed for 14+ years as a licensed massage therapist, licensed nail technician, certified professional spray tanning technician, medical massage master certified, and a certified integrative reflexologist. Crystal has continued her education and training and is also a licensed esthetician and has obtained additional continuing education for massage therapy in several areas such as: Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, spa therapies, cupping, reflexology, medical massage, and trigger point therapy to name a few. Her approach as a therapist/technician is to use a combination of modalities to help the client with the issues they are experiencing to help find relief and feel their best.

When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves anything to do outdoors or a good road trip to enjoy God's scenery.
