Lydia Trask

Lydia is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician. A graduate of Lancaster School of Cosmetology and Bodywork and holds membership with Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP), as well as the Associated Skin Care Professionals (ASCP).

Lydia has been practicing Massage since 2012 when she graduated from school. Massage therapy is a passion of hers, believing that massage creates a balance of mind, body, and spirit.

Lydia prefers to customize her therapeutic massages to everyone by using a variety of modalities including TMJ, Myofascial release, Myofascial release for Fibromyalgia, Neuromuscular Release, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Cupping and Swedish.

To her, it is important to know, understand and meet the needs of each client to help in the process of healing.

Lydia has held a life-long passion for esthetics. She loves sharing knowledge and expertise to help clients conquer any skincare challenges they may be experiencing.

When it comes to skin care, Lydia prefers a Holistic and Natural skin care approach. Part of her success as an Esthetician, besides her true passion for it, is always working on continuing education.
